- Are you coming to the Social Media in Recruitment (#SMIR) conference?
Next week sees the second Social Media in Recruitment conference sponsored by Jobsite, up at The British Library, run by Mike Taylor from Web-Based-Recruitment.com. Last year's event was excellent with well over 130 delegates. This year the social media penny seems to have dropped, because he has already sold over 200 tickets!! >>>>>Still a few left here
It is, according to Mike a varied audience as well - being made up of recruitment agencies, corporates, corporate recruiters, recruitment advertising agencies, job boards and recruitment media.
this year Mike asked me to be one of the speakers, and have the task of sharing with the audience, the key strategies for using Twitter in recruitment. I am looking forward to sharing some of the things I have been doing with clients with regards to Twitter.
The agenda look really good…..
