Our social recruiting training is practical, hands-on and focused on one thing - helping recruiters recruit more good people for their organisations (recruitment agencies or corporates).
The training is ONLY delivered by experienced trainers who have actually been a recruiter during their career. Unique? We think so!
The training is all about ‘HOW’ >> how you can use social media effectively for recruitment - whether it be sourcing, candidate attraction, employer branding, candidate engagement, selection or other parts of the recruitment cycle.
We do recruitment training in two ways - either on site for companies, with tailored content, or by attending one of our events. Each course is kept up to date with the latest tools and iterations of the social networks (which of course change like the wind!). Currently the three event courses we are running are:
