Head of Online eCommerce - Europe and International
£60-65k base + car + Bonus + options

The role can be based in either Leeds, Munich or Lyons

As their business expands further into Europe, Asia and beyond, their customers are ever more demanding and their competitors are naturally chasing them as the industry leader.
They are seeking a market leading online ecommerce professional with solid European / International experience to further develop and drive the web sales into Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

Your commercial experience will be key to driving the Farnell websites forward, producing a great customer experience whilst at the same time remaining focused on driving true competitive advantage. You will be leading and working with a talented team of e-marketeers, developing tools and campaigns to drive traffic, influence average order values and encourage add and cross selling of products.

You will also help shape the development of both new and existing websites, focusing on all aspects of search engine and onsite marketing and making sure that the websites continue to lead the market.

An accomplished Data Manager is needed to join the Strategic Marketing Team to undertake the management of all the customer data collection techniques and their ongoing maintenance, while working closely with the business to make sure it meets the business needs.

The Customer Data Manager is primarily responsible for three main areas:
• Initiating and driving cultural changes around the importance of customer data as a key business tool
• The Management of the Customer Data for the Europe and Asia Pacific regions
• Management of data processes, tools, monitoring, reporting, legislation and integrity, as well as Data Protection and Customer Privacy

An experienced Customer Analytics Analyst is needed to add further expertise to an expanding Strategic Marketing team, that is focused on their customers and the high quality service they provide to them across the Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
This role is very much focused on customers throughout the Europe and Asia Pacific regions. You will be working closely with your analyst colleagues to develop insights into the company’s customers, analyse buying behaviours, modelling these and understanding how to apply this to strategy development. This understanding will then be applied to the selection criteria in the formulation of target audiences for campaigns to drive sales.

A Test Manager with international experience will have a fantastic opportunity to set up , implement and manage a new international testing function.
The next few years will be an exciting time within this organisation as there is a full programme of important international projects scheduled. To maintain their high delivery standards, they are looking to focus their testing strategy and further expand their test teams.
