Our policy
is not to inundate you with inappropriate applicants, but to
provide you with only a small number of specific CV's that
meet your criteria.

soon as is reasonably possible.

Executive Search and Selection
Sirona Consulting are retained
by a Client, exclusively to carry out a defined piece of
recruitment, these being typically confidential or competitor
sensitive positions. The client pays twenty five percent of the
fee up front with the balance being due on the engagement of the
successful applicant.
Advertised Selection Campaigns
aim to attract exclusive candidates unavailable from any
database. We manage the whole recruitment process from start to
finish, dealing with the advertising copy, booking the space and
handling the response in a professional manner, reflecting your
own organisations values.
Advisory and Functional Consultancy
Sirona Consulting offers a
range of services that add value to Clients' recruitment
processes, through in depth experience and industry knowledge.
This expertise is offered to Clients, on a consultancy basis,
who may wish to review their own processes or provide internal
training to their staff.
Interim Consultants
Sirona Consulting provides
clients with flexible resource solutions by providing highly
experienced executives, with a proven track record in their area
of expertise, to resolve particular Client requirements.
