A Global Financial Services Company, known by all, is looking to add to its UK team of highly experienced individuals, by bringing in a Competitor Insight Manager. The role is provide an actionable consumer insight across the marketplace through a deep understanding of the external environment & product markets in which they operate.  You will be providing market and competitor intelligence and interpreting results to identify and communicate strategic and tactical implications and product opportunities to the business, driving recommendations through to implementation.  �Bring the outside world into their decision-making via insight.�

This role is  working within Retail Marketing with a Retail Finance division of  a household name.  Candidates need to have a strong commercial awareness, the ability to be a self starter, excellent communication skills as they will be liaising with both clients and internal stakeholders, ie legal, analysis, targeting, client management. You will manage a small team of 2 campaign executives. This role reports into the retail marketing manager who has overall responsibility for the team, budgets and strategy.  This person will be responsible for inputting into and shaping the strategy with the Marketing Manager and then interpreting and translating that strategy into a detailed marketing programme and then leading that activity to deliver the agreed campaigns.  They will do this by using their marketing experience and commercial acumen, liaising with the necessary stakeholders and through the day-to-day management of the campaign executives.  The campaign executives then implement that detail i.e. they are the tactical guys running the campaigns. The Campaign Manager is responsible for the campaigns from conception to analysis, this includes selling in the internally agreed plan to the client.

This role sits within a dynamic card services team within a large financial services company.  This individual will be managing a small team on a day-to-day basis running a number of marketing programmes for the client portfolio.  The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years relevant relationship management/marketing experience preferably within the Retail or Financial Services sector.  Experience of working on a number of different client portfolios is essential.  Candidates will therefore need to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness along with  excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills as they will be liaising with both clients and internal stakeholders daily. They will also demonstrate strong leadership skills.  Additionally they will be able to operate in a fast-paced environment where their ideas will be encouraged. You will have experience of credit cards.

The role is to develop and manage new products and product enhancements with the financial and business objectives of this large retail financial services company. You will be working with client teams and third parties to discover needs, develop joint marketing plans and secure commitment to the delivery of new programmes, product features and enhancements. Also you will work with client teams to manage the product feature financial KPIs, driving recommendations for continual improvement , monitor the marketplace and client/consumer needs in order to identify opportunities for new product features and product feature enhancements through existing and new channels to create competitive advantage. You will be leading  the identification, evaluation and development of ideas for new product features and product feature enhancements through to business case approval.
